On 20th February 2020, the Newman Society celebrated a Sung Votive Mass of the Holy Spirit in the Extraordinary Form at Campion Hall. The Celebrant was Fr Joseph Hamilton of the Archdiocese of Sydney and the preacher was Fr Joseph Simmons SJ.
The Mass, which welcomed over 50 students (and several non-Catholic Christians) to a full Chapel, was featured on the blog New Liturgical Movement in May 2020. It is the sincere hope of the Committee that it will continue as a regular event.
