To take place at 7.30pm on Friday, 24th November 2017 in the Newman Room.
Dress Code: Black Tie
The dinner will be preceded by Holy Mass at 6pm in thanksgiving for the works and supporters of the Society. All are invited to join us for Holy Mass, even if you are unable to attend the dinner.
Menu (subject to change)
Amuse-bouche – smoky guacamole with pine nuts on melba toast.
Hors d’oeuvre – celeriac soup with a crab dressing.
Vegetarian option – celeriac and sage soup.
Le plat – salmon with a pesto, parmesan, and bread crumb crust, crushed new potatoes, roasted broccoli, and beurre noisette.
Vegetarian option – mushroom and goat’s cheese parcels with crushed new potatoes, roasted broccoli, and beurre noisette.
Sherbet – St Clement’s sorbet.
Dessert – chocolate torte with crème Chantilly.
Le fromage – four cheeses, fruit, and biscuits.
